Background and Philosophy
I founded Sweetpea Sinsations in January of 2012 after working as a Chef in restaurants for over a decade. My work as a Chef was very rewarding but I decided to retire to the world of catering and baking where I can leverage my culinary skills and my unique ability to create taste combinations that are "sinsational".

I created Sweetpea Sinsations because of my love for everything sweet. My goal is to use the best quality ingredients, the least amount of food coloring, and the least amount of artificial flavoring as possible.

The name Sweetpea Sinsations came from a nickname my father had given to me as a child and, to this day, he still refers to me as "sweetpea".

I can't wait until you try my sweet "sinsations"!!
